    General description

    Lidl Plus is a digital loyalty programme available for iOS and Android devices via Lidl App. The Lidl App is intended for consumers who, for example, wish to reserve products or receive personalised information about offers, promotions (including weekly coupons) and selected partners that are as tailored to your interests as possible.

    Accessibility compliance status of the content

    The Lidl App is partially compliant with the UNE-EN 301549:2022 accessibility standard. The accessibility criteria that are successfully met are described below.

    We have applied universal design principles by ensuring sufficient color contrast, correct semantic structuring, keyboard operability (where applicable), and multi-platform accessibility. The Lidl App interfaces have been tested using automated tools and manually reviewed according to WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301549 criteria, ensuring compatibility with assistive technologies such as VoiceOver and TalkBack.

    Despite these efforts, some accessibility issues may still persist, as detailed in the following section.
