1. Eligibility to participate
The Spring Winners competition (the "Competition”) is run by Lidl Northern Ireland. Natural persons resident in Northern Ireland are eligible to participate and must be over 18 years of age.
Conditions for a participation in the Competition are the installation of the Lidl Plus app on your smartphone, creation of an account, as well as collection of Lidl Plus stamps & stamp cards as described in the following section 2.
The promotion will be carried out in the period from 07.04.22 to 05.05.22.
2. Collecting stamps & stamp cards to enable participation in the Competition
Each time during the promotion period customers make a purchase scan the Lidl Plus app, a Lidl Plus Stamp will be automatically credited in the Lidl Plus app provided that a minimum of £25 was spent in the transaction (not including excluded products). Excluded items are newspapers, medicines, gift cards, infant formula and checkout bags. A purchase value of £25 will result in one stamp. Once 4 stamps have been collected in the app, the customer will need to submit their completed virtual stamp card via the Lidl Plus app.
In order for a participants’ entry into the Competition to be completed, they will be asked to answer a question which is available via the home screen of the Lidl Plus app. As part of answering the question, participants will be asked to provide the mobile phone number associated with their Lidl Plus account. This mobile phone number will be used to link participants’ answers to their Lidl Plus stamp card submissions. Failure to accurately provide this number will make all submissions null and void and the user will not be considered eligible to receive a prize. Winners will be selected based on the most creative answer to the question. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.
3. Selection and notification of the winners
Upon entering the Competition, participants’ customer ID and, in the event they win a prize, also their first name/surname, telephone number, and e-mail address will be transmitted from Lidl Plus ( operated by Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG) to Lidl Northern Ireland who is the promoter of the Competition.
All winners of main prizes will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. Having been notified of a win, the winner will be asked to inform Lidl Northern Ireland of any contact details necessary in order to send or hand over the prize. If, due to the provision of inaccurate details, the telephone number/e-mail address is invalid, the prize will be forfeit. Repeat participation is possible. A participant may only win one top prize. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days this will result in forfeiture of any and all claims to prizes. Lidl may substitute any prize for a prize of equal value in its discretion. Lidl Northern Ireland may publish all confirmed winners on the Lidl Homepage.
