Cajun Salmon with an Avocado and Tomato Salsa


For the Salmon:

For the Salmon
  • 2 pkts Inismara Salmon Fillets
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 1 tbsp Kania Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Kania Sweet Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Fairglobe Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Primadonna Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Kania Salt & Pepper

For the Salsa:

  • 1 punnet Cherry Tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 2 Spring Onions, sliced
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • Bunch of Mint, chopped
  • 1 ripe Avocado, peeled and diced


  1. Place the salmon fillets in a dish.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Pour the mixture over the salmon, cover and marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. After marinating, cook in a hot pan for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Mix all the salsa ingredients together in a bowl and serve alongside the salmon fillets.
