Chinese Seafood Noodle Soup
- 250g of Inismara Seafood Mix
- 900ml of Cusina Chicken Stock
- 1 tsp of chopped Ginger
- 1 clove of Garlic crushed
- 50g of Vitasia Wok Noodles
- 1 Red Pepper chopped
- 2 tsp of Kilderg Honey
- 4 Mushrooms sliced
- 2 Spring Onions finely chopped
- 1 Red Chilli chopped
- 2 tsp Vitasia Soy Sauce
- 1 bunch of Coriander chopped
- Begin by bringing the chicken stock to the boil then allow it to simmer next add the garlic, ginger, chilli and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the noodles, mushrooms and peppers then cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Next add the seafood, spring onion, soy sauce and honey then cook for 5 more minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
- Garnish with coriander then serve.
