Chinese Seafood Noodle Soup

Chinese Seafood Noodle Soup


  • 250g of Inismara Seafood Mix
  • 900ml of Cusina Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp of chopped Ginger
  • 1 clove of Garlic crushed
  • 50g of Vitasia Wok Noodles
  • 1 Red Pepper chopped
  • 2 tsp of Kilderg Honey
  • 4 Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 Spring Onions finely chopped
  • 1 Red Chilli chopped
  • 2 tsp Vitasia Soy Sauce
  • 1 bunch of Coriander chopped


  1. Begin by bringing the chicken stock to the boil then allow it to simmer next add the garlic, ginger, chilli and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the noodles, mushrooms and peppers then cook for a further 5 minutes.
  3. Next add the seafood, spring onion, soy sauce and honey then cook for 5 more minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  4. Garnish with coriander then serve.
