Sweet & Sour Chicken


  •  4 Bally Manor Chicken Breast Fillets cut into cubes
  • 10 tbsp Kania Tomato Ketchup
  • 4 tbsp dark Fairglobe Fairtrade Brown Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Batts Malt Vinegar
  • 1 Garlic clove (sliced)
  • 4 tbsp dark Fairglobe Fairtrade Brown Sugar
  • 1 small Oakland Onion, (chopped)
  • 2 Peppers cut into chunks
  • 1 tin of Harvin Pineapple pieces
  • 1 handfull of chopped Alesto Cashew Nuts or Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp of Primadonna Extra Virgin Olive Oil


1. Mix the chicken with ketchup, vinegar, sugar and garlic.
2. In a large saucepan heat the oil, add the peppers then onions and fry for 5mins.
3. Next add the chicken mix to the pan and cook for a further 10mins until cooked through.
4. Finally, add the pineapple including the juice & the nuts and voilà the sweet & sour chicken is ready to serve!
Top Tip: Why not try adding a little red chilli for that extra kick!
